University is a place to discover leadership potential. McMaster offers endless possibilities to learn, refine and develop leadership ability.

The Dr. Mary E Keyes Certificate of Leadership Development enables you to explore leadership and the impact of collaboration, communication and community through the completion of 6 workshop modules and the development of a leadership portfolio.  The Leadership, Education and Development (Mac L.E.A.D.) series of workshops are designed to help McMaster students become more successful in their leadership roles on-campus.  Your growth as a student leader is the focus of the Student Success Leader (SSL) program.
